Dr. Azadi is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is fully certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. She completed her fellowship training at the University of Manitoba in 2016. She is certified in Electrodiagnostic Medicine by the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists. She is a Clinical Instructor at
UBC.

She received her Medical Doctorate in 1999 from Shahid Beheshti University, Iran. She then attained specialty certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2005 in Tehran (CSCN).

Her areas of special interest include electrodiagnostic medicine (diagnosing and managing nerve and muscle problems), concussion, sports and exercise injuries, peripheral musculoskeletal injections (including corticosteroid, Visco supplementation, and trigger point therapy) and spasticity management. 

When not in the clinic, she enjoys spinning, bodybuilding, playing piano and aqua scaping.
