Dr. Diya Shi is a neurologist who completed her 5-year residency at the University of British Columbia and is currently doing additional fellowship training in Headache/Migraine at the UBC Headache Clinic and in Neuromuscular Neurology at the Vancouver General Hospital Neuromuscular Diseases Unit. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) and is pursuing her electromyography (EMG) certification through the Canadian Society of Clinical Neurophysiologists (CSCN).

She completed her MD and her undergraduate in neuroscience at the University of Alberta. She has lived in Ontario, Maryland, Utah, and Shanghai and has happily settled in BC. When not at work, she can be found reading, playing volleyball, or rock climbing.
